Xerox recognizes that your personal health information is private. Any individual information that you share when you speak with a member of the Health Advocacy staff will not be shared with Xerox or any health providers unless you request this by providing written permission.

Your call is totally anonymous. Neither your employer nor provider will know that you called nor will they know what questions you asked.

The Clinical Advocate will discuss your situation with you and determine whether Health Advocacy can help. As appropriate, the clinical advocate will answer your questions, provide information and educational materials and help you identify and access doctors and treatment facilities.

The clinical advocate will also follow up with you after you have completed your treatment or your questions have been answered.

If the clinical advocate determines that your situation falls outside Health Advocacy’s scope of services, you will be referred to the appropriate Xerox or health plan resource for assistance.
